If you don't like the way your hair looks when you receive it, for any reason at all, simply return it to us in the condition it was in when we sent it to you, and we'll gladly exchange it for a different hair replacement or issue a full refund. We'll even pay for the return shipping on all exchanges!

Custom Hair
Our money back guarantee does not apply to custom hair replacements. The reason being, it takes time, effort and money to create a custom hair replacement, and every custom hair piece we create is designed to specifically fit the head of a client. We are unable to resell custom hair to different clients, so therefore, we cannot accept returns on custom systems.
The good news. Although we cannot issue refunds for custom hair replacement systems, we will pledge to you that when you order a custom hair piece with us, we will deliver exactly the product you requested. If you are unsatisfied with your custom hair upon receipt, in any way, let us know and we'll do whatever it takes to make sure we get it right.
Adhesives and Hair Care Products
Our policy for all non-hair products is that they are non-refundable. The exception being if the product was damaged during shipping - which is extremely rare. Although we cannot offer a refund for any non-hair product, in many cases we are willing to exchange your product for you if it isn't working out.
